emails have incorrect time by 1hr 7 mins

    My form is working OK, but when I receive emails they are always time stamped 1 hour and 7 minutes behind the actual time they are sent.

    For example, I visit my site and email myself at 7am. The email arrives immediately in my inbox but with a time of 5:53am.

    My timezone in Settings, General is UTC+0 and local time is 100% ok.

    I have tested this on different ISP and different computers.

    Any ideas please!
