Emails have html instead of format

  • When I receive an email it contains actual html commands tags rather than looking clean and formatted

    Example

    Subject: Website Contact<br />
    <br />
    To: Event Administrator<br />
    <br />
    My name is : Fred Quimby<br />
    <br />

    Have I got a config setting wrong
