Emails going intermittently

  • I have been using this plugin for last 4 years. The emails are automatically sent to some users. Why it does not go to all users whose birthday and month match today? It is seen that out of 10 users matching the criteria, email goes to only 2 or 3. The confirmation email also shows that it is sent to 2 or 3 when it is envisaged that it should go to all 10. Can you please help?
