    I have Post SMTP set up with a Google Workspace/G Suite account. The account is the same as the website’s admin email, which tends to mean that any form I create—I have Elementor Pro and Forminator on my site—defaults to the administrator email being the “from” address, even if I customize it.

    Post SMTP can/should override this, as I understand it, but what if I need the forms sent TO that admin email? People have been telling me they were sending things in the form, but I wasn’t seeing them in the account’s inbox, only in the Sent folder! How do I make sure that the emails show up in the Inbox/get routed properly, if the “sender” is the same as the “recipient”?

    I’m thinking I could set up a noreply email somehow, but how would that work with Post SMTP’s setup and required authentication?

    @azurite Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    Gmail doesn’t allow you to use random From addresses. You have to add and validate the address you’d like to use in the gmail settings:

    Settings -> Accounts -> Send mail as -> Add another email address you own.

    For the Inbox email issue; watch this video and try to configure Gsuite with Auth 2.0 again and let me know if the issue is still there or not.

    Thanks
