Emails getting caught in spam
-
Hello again. Once again i have to speak to the absolute perfection of your pro version, and the amazingly fast and thorough support you provide.
I have one problem, and a couple feature requests.
The issue I am having is as follows:
Most emails sent for registration confirmation are getting caught in spam filters. This is leading to mass amounts of unconfirmed emails. I thought it might just be the users not finishing the process, however i tested it across numerous email clients and many of them that had spam filters marked the emails as spam. Maybe this has something to do with the way the emails are formatted? My feature request is simple, is there a way to add more than the 7 fields in the pro version? Perhaps an “add field” button in the list settings that would allow us to add fields one at a time in an infinite amount as needed? thanks a ton. I ask this because one double opt in i wish to run needs 10 fields to obtain the proper information.
Also, would it be possible to be able to choose different types of field inputs? for instance, when creating a field we could select the style, ie “text input box” , “drop down menu”, “multiple choice”, “radio select” etc. This would allow the plugin to double as not only a more customizable opt-in, but also as a survey.
And one last thing, since your forms need styling and are not styled out of the box, perhaps a “custom css” tab that persists through updates? this would protect the form styling through both plugin updates and theme updates on sites that do not use a child theme. Thanks a ton and once again AWESOME PLUGIN.
