• Hello, I am having trouble receiving emails from form users who have yahoo accounts. This happens on both websites that I use your contact form on. One is hosted by bluehost and the other is hosted by Siteground. I can of course see the emails in WordPress, but they are not forwarding to the hotmail or gmail accounts that I have setup for forwarding. Bluehost sent me this email which could provide a clue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Sean

  • Sean,

This is a hosting issue as they manage the DMARC policy for your account. All the plugin does is send the email to your hosting. Your host will then process and forward the email as required.

Bluehost and Siteground may well have decided Yahoo emails are not to be trusted and block them on entry. So much as I would like to help, this is something your hosting needs to investigate.
