Emails from my website are send to user's spam box / folder

  • Hey all!

    I have a question:

    Whenever a user registers for an account, he must click on a link to activate his account. This link is send to his email address. But this email is send to the spam folder/box.

    How do I solve this issue?

    I don’t use a ”wordpress” email, but one of my hosting provider.

  • There’s nothing that WordPress can do to ensure that password emails do not end up in a user’s spam box. That’s down to the individual user and their email software & filtering rules.
