Emails dont

  • Hi,

    When a new member registered we need to send an email to de admin and to the new user, but this emails are not sent. we have checked de SMTP and other emails are sent without problems. No error on logs and every plugin is uptaded….. some clue?

    Hi @rberzal,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Do you use custom email templates?
    Have you checked the spam folder, sometimes emails can go straight to spam folder?

    Hi,

    We use 2.0.56 versions. We use recaptcha and woocommerce premium addons too.

    We generate the email body in the plugin administration (HTML)

    Spam folder is checked everyday (no email for the admin user and no email for the new customer).
