    Hi there,

    We added some CSS code to the email template and even though the template looks perfect in the plugins design window when we send a test email to see how it will look it appears that the CSS code is somehow not working and the formatting on the text which we added through CSS has been removed?

    The CSS code should align the text in the order widget and remove the italic affect in the Delivery Address and Shipping Address sections.

    How can we fix this so that the email looks exactly the same as it does in the design window?

    Hi there,

    Here is the link as requested. As you can see in the design section of the YayMail – Woocommerce Email customiser the text in the order section is aligned and looks perfect. At the bottom in the Shipping Address and Billing Address sections the text is normal (not italic) but when this same email is sent as a test to my inbox the text in the order section is not aligned and the text in the Shipping Address and Billing Address sections are italic.

    As you can see we have added some custom CSS code to format the email so that the text in the order section is aligned and the italic is removed but for some reason when we send the test email this CSS code is being removed?

    In addition, since the Test/Preview modes does not render all the actual changes made to the templates, I would advise that you enable the template here and save it:

    Then, perform a live transaction on your website to trigger the email template, then check and see if the CSS is rendering properly or not?

    Just to clarify things. When I have sent a test email to myself as seen in the video screenshot above I have not yet enabled the template in Yaycommerce plugin design window.

    Should I be enabling it in the design window before sending the test email?

    Yes, please enable the template and then, perform a live transaction on your website to trigger the email template.
