    Hello,

    contact form submissions with the help of your plugin do not arrive. Also test emails do not arrive. I am using SendGrid and Brevo but the emails just do not arrive. In the plugin logs they claim “Success” and also in the SendGrid/brevo logs they claim the delivery was a success. Please advise?

    Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you are facing. Please check your spam or junk box, as the emails might be there. You can also test this by sending emails to different email addresses or email services to see if the issue persists.

    thanks for the response.

    I tested on GMAIL and email did not go through, not even in Spam. Tested different O365 addresses and emails has not arrived, not even in Spam. It only worked for my icloud email address (found in spam)

    To assist you more effectively, could you please provide us with the diagnostic test reports and also the screenshot of the ‘View Details’ of the email from the email logged? You can access the diagnostic test report from here and a screenshot of ‘View detail’ from here.

    As mentioned, there are no error messages, and according to Brevo/SendGrid everything is fine but emails do not arrive

    @furqanfazal I solved the issue myself. The SSL Certificate for the domain had expired but because I am using Cloudflare and it has “Always use SSL” enabled it did not flag anywhere that the SSL had expired. After renewing the certificate the issue was resolved.
