    Hello,

I changed the email setting to remove “automatically send emails when back in stock” because I wanted to send the “back in stock” email to only a portion of the list at a time, manually. I had over 420 people on the waitlist, changed the product stock of the select item from 0 to 129, and then manually selected only 100 people from the wait list to send the email to.

I hit send, they disappeared from the list, but now it has been over 2 hours and the emails did not send out… I confirmed with multiple people who should have gotten the email that they did not receive it. Last time I released new product a couple of days ago, the setting was set to automatically send emails, and it sent the email and we sold out in minutes. Now, no sales.

I need that list of 100 back! I feel so bad for them, they were waiting and now I can’t contact them… Why didn’t the emails send?! I do not want to send emails to the entire list every time we restock, because we do not have enough for everyone on the list. Please help!

    Deanna

    Hello @scdeannad

I am sorry, you have to go through this.
Unfortunately, free version does not store email addresses.
Once hit sent, they are gone.
Now, the issue regarding sent emails not received. It depends on your mail/SMTP settings.
Plugin does not have its own email functionality, It is handled by wordpress.
So make sure you’re receiving other emails from your site.
