    When I go to Woocommerce -> settings -> emails -> manage ->

    There used to be a link to show the templates name and an option to copy file to theme in order to edit it.

    My screens no longer show this copy file to them part.
    It shows ‘Email Type’ and then just ‘Save Changes’

    Has something changed ?

    Hi @yatgirl

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I have checked on my test website, but I was unable to see the issue. Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing: https://d.pr/i/9wmLR1

    Can you please check and confirm if you are using the latest version (6.9.3) of the WooCommerce plugin?

    In order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Thank you for your response. I have just ftpd the file manually. A developer at some point that worked on my store may have disabled the ability to edit the files directly on my store – citing safety. I can work with the ftp way.

    I will mark this as resolved. Thank you
