emails come with strange characters in email address field

I’m using the latest verion of Contact Form 7 and recaptcha. After sorting out the issue with the recaptcha badge appearing on every page of my website, I have now noticed that whilst I’m receiving emails from the contact form just fine, however when I reply to the message it the email address looks like this – “=?utf-8?Q??=” I can reply to this and it works – but I think it should show the actual email address.

Any suggestions?
