    I’ve recently had some customers say that they never received emails that originate from the website. So, to check for any possible errors, I’ve installed the WP Mail Logging plugin.

    However, emails sent with tracking information from the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce?plugin are not appearing on the email log.

    Is there a way to check that emails sent via the Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce?plugin are in fact being delivered successfully?

    Hi @ajgar28584,

    We are not sending any email, we just attached the Tracking Widget in the Shipped(Completed) order status email.

    Please make sure that Shipped(Completed) order status is enables.

    Ok, I’m pretty sure the Shipped/Completed status was enabled when we sent the Completed email with tracking.

    So, you’re saying the emails with tracking should appear on the WP Mail Logging plugin log?

    We have some items that need to be shipped next week, so I’ll let you know if the emails don’t appear on the log.
