I’ve tested this on two sites, both exhibit the same issue. Version 3.0 or above has a conflict of some sort when used together with the WooCommerce SendinBlue plugin that results in the site being unable to send emails.

Rolling back to the earlier 2.9 version fixes the issue completely. Logging out and reapplying the v2 and v3 API key for both plugins does not solve the issue. The only solution is to rollback this plugin to the version that still uses v2 API.

    Hi Peter,

    thanks for reporting.

We are still unable to reproduce the issue on our side. Could you please confirm that you tried that with latest wordpress version 5.4 and Sendinblue plugin v3.0.1?
Which emails were you expecting to receive but you did not (order related, user management etc…)?

    Regards

Yes, the latest wordpress, the latest 3.0.1 version of this plugin, and the latest version of the sendinblue woocommerce plugin.

All emails fail to send, including password resets, woocommerce transactional, etc. The only email that does successfully send is when you do a test email from within the plugin’s settings page. I noticed this specifically because all transactional emails were failing to send on my live store. I exhaustively tested different reasons emails would be failing to send and the only thing affecting it was being logged into the latest version of both sendinblue plugins.

I attempted fixes by logging out and back into both sendinblue plugins. I also attempted setting new API keys, both attempts resulted in no fix. I then just put the v2 API key for the woocommerce plugin and left this plugin logged out. Transactional emails were successfully sent under that configuration, but stopped once again after I logged into the 3.0.1 version of this plugin.

The only fix that allowed both plugins to work at the same time was rolling back to 2.9.18.

Server hosting the site is Nginx mainline, PHP 7.3, and Maria DB 10.4.
