Emails aren’t sending and receiving

Hi, the whole website was successfully created, and now emails are not going from administration mail or even clients mail, I thought if its a plugin issue and I deleted all unwanted plugins and Form editors and still not resolved, I tried my possible ways bys reinstalling WordPress and although problem not resolved, Any support
