Emails are still sending to SPAM

  • I installed plugin WP MAIL SMTP and configured it to my wordpress site but still my emails are going to SPAM folder. I am not sure why? I talked with my hosting provider about the settings and they are all fine. Anyone is facing the same issue. Can anyone help me?

    Hi @nimisharajshri,

    could you please let us know which mailer you are using in our WP Mail SMTP plugin?

    So if you send an HTML test email from our plugin the email is always going to spam folder? What if you try to send a text test email?

    The main reason that email goes to spam is usually misconfigured or missing SPF and DKIM protocols for your domain. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them about these two protocols for your domain. You are probably using a From Email address with your domain in it, right?
