Emails are sent out repeatedly

    Hi

    I’m having issues last few days, where emails from your plugin are being sent out repeatedly every 15 minutes to particular email address (at least this one is NOT a customer)

    My client is concerned with WHY this is happening and we need to resolve it urgently.

    Client has sent out 1 email campaign test to 5 recipients. It is repeatedly sending every 15 mins as I mentioned. I tried to stop it by deactivating the plugin. Then it stopped.

    Then we sent another test, and same thing happened.

    Is there a glitch with the plugin all of a sudden. We have been using it for years, now client is very concerned in using the plugin.

    Please help and advise urgently as she needs to send out urgently to customers but she is worried that they all will receive it repeatedly and then be classified as spam.

    We have resolved this issue in the latest version 4.8.1 of the plugin.

    Yes, it is a known issue in the previous version(4.8.0). We have fixed the issue in the latest version.

    Please update to the latest version(4.8.1) in case if you haven’t updated it already and let us know if the issue still persists. We will look into it further.
