Emails are not sent to users or admin.

I have configured the sending of mails with the api of sendgrid through the wp mail smtp plugin of wpforms. And the site emails as user registration work great. But those of learnpress are not sent. I’ve tried everything, check uncheck the boxes, configure different options but nothing. I went back to the conventional method without sendgrid and it doesn’t work either. Any ideas on this? Regards!
