Emails Are Not Sent Out

    Hello,

    We are currently having issues with emails being sent out of Groundhogg.

    We have setup an Amazon SES account and we’re using an SMTP plugin: WP SMTP

    When I checked the log, I saw this: https://prnt.sc/EWGWjflXTJPM

    What could be the issue and what is the solution please?

    Note: I have setup cron-jobs.org account.

    Hi, the message you included indicated that your SMTP plugin is unable to send the email via AWS.

    Here are some troubleshooting options:

    • Check your SMTP plugin’s logs for more detailed error information
    • Make sure the FROM address is an authorized sender in AWS

    We recommend you use our official AWS integration, included in our Pro plan or purchased separately.

    The SMTP is working

    Emails from other plugins are been sent and received but emails sent from Groundhogg are not being delivered.

    After a thorough check-through, the SMTP is working fine, cron-job is set and working but emails are not still been sent. Kindly help, this is urgent, it has halted the business.
