Emails are not sent for every change of order status

Woocomerce sends email for “New order” and when the status is changed to “Failed” and “Refunded”.
However, Woocommerce does not send an email when the status is changed to “Pending payment”, “Pending”, “Canceled”, “Processing” and “Completed”.
Apart from that, for some reason there is a bug when changing to “Processing” and “Completed”.All the above notifications are activated in the “Notifications via Email” section (Woocommerce>Settings>Emails).
