    Hello,
    A customer of mine wrote to me that he is not receiving confirmation emails about a new order and apparently customers are not receiving order confirmations either. I tried deactivating the plugins and changing the theme as well, but it didn’t help. Everything should be set up well in the Woocommerce settings – until recently it was working fine.

    Hello @oliverkrajcovic have you yourself tried testing this by placing a test order and then using an email that you have access to that is not a part of the website? Best to start there and see. Also, I checked your domain and you do not have DMARC setup. Anyone with Yahoo or GMail will not receive emails. Google sent out notices to everyone months ago that the deadline was June 4th or so.

    Your DMARC needs to include SPF and DKIM as well.

    Thanks. I have tested it myself now and implemented DMARC but it still doesn’t work.

    I also installed WP mail logging and it doesn’t show any errors.

    According to your screenshots, the mail seems to be sent correctly, isn’t it? I would suggest inspecting your SMTP settings. In most cases, if an email is not being sent/received, then the issue is not with WooCommerce itself but with the email function on your web host.
