Emails are not sent

    Is your users getting mail when you send emails manually?. If YES. you may need to check your notification settings.

    If NO. Please try the below steps.

    1. Verify spam folder.
    2. In setting page two types of email option (PHP MAIL, WP MAIL), try both separately.
    3. Install any SMTP plugin and try again both the email option.
    4. Finally check email with diff domain, gmail, yahoo. hotmail.

    Thank you for your fast answers.
    Most of my email list are on gmail and it seems the emails sent manually (not notifications) go to the promotions folder.
    Is there any chance to change that?

    This is gmail decision to list your mails under promotion tab (This may be based on your content). we don’t have any control on the plugin.
