Emails are not delivering automatically after order status completed

  • Automatic review email are not executing/sending after order status changed.
    Even in dashboard it showing, sent 4-5 times but I don’t see any sending in email log.
    I have to send manually from reminder email section of the plugin.
    Do this plugin having automatic emailing feature? If so how to enable it?
