Thanks for reaching out and I’m so sorry that your emails are not coming through.
If your emails are not in your spam folder, then there are a number of things to check:
1. Debug Events

Usually failed emails are captured in the Debug Logs along with information about the error(s) produced.

?You can check this by going to?WP Mail SMTP > Tools. Then click on the?Debug Events?tab which will show a list of failed emails and their errors. (https://i.imgur.com/UmMgUc8.png) This can provide some insight as to what went wrong.

?2. Misconfigured Mailer

You can also send a test email to the email address shown when you visit?https://www.mail-tester.com/??Please see here:?https://i.imgur.com/CoZaCaE.png
After sending the test email, please click the button to?Check your score. (https://i.imgur.com/BCeJaq4.png)
This report will usually show you if there is anything wrong with your SMTP configuration on your site.

3. Check With Brevo

If the test email is sent successfully, then the issue might lie with the Brevo account. So please check with the support team there as well and they should be able to check what happened with the email from their end.
