    Hi lauren.white,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having that issue. I have seen that happen before with FeedBurner. That wouldn’t be an issue with the plugin, but rather the FeedBurner service itself. I would normally recommend getting in touch with their support, except that its virtually non-existent. You might consider switching over to the FeedPress service as it seems to be a good alternative.

    I noticed you’re reporting using WordPress 3.8.2…that is a very old version. For best website security and performance I’d highly recommend upgrading to the current version of WordPress, 4.2.2.
