• Hi,

    I only logged on for 2 mins to run an update and I’ve had about 2 hours trying to fix the site.

    I’ve worked everything out other than two things

    – The approval emails are being sent in HTML format?
    – The customer message when a new person registers shows “/” rather than “‘”. I.e We’re shows as We/re

    Hope there’s an easy fix. This has completely thrown the site out at a time when we’re running a campaign to make our members register.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • It’s suddenly doing the same for me out of no where, without any changes to any settings. All updates have been performed. We’ve used UM fine for years without this problem. Did anyone find a fix?

    This is what my password reset emails look like now:

    <div style=”max-width: 560px;padding: 20px;background: #ffffff;border-radius: 5px;margin:40px auto;font-family: Open Sans,Helvetica,Arial;font-size: 15px;color: #666;”>

    <div style=”color: #444444;font-weight: normal;”>
    <div style=”text-align: center;font-weight:600;font-size:26px;padding: 10px 0;border-bottom: solid 3px #eeeeee;”></div>

    <div style=”clear:both”></div>
    </div>

    <div style=”padding: 0 30px 30px 30px;border-bottom: 3px solid #eeeeee;”>

    <div style=”padding: 30px 0;font-size: 24px;text-align: center;line-height: 40px;”>We received a request to reset the password for your account. If you made this request, click the link below to change your password:</div>

    <div style=”padding: 10px 0 50px 0;text-align: center;”>Reset your password</div>

    <div style=”padding: 15px;background: #eee;border-radius: 3px;text-align: center;”>If you didn’t make this request, ignore this email or report it to us.</div>

    </div>

    <div style=”color: #999;padding: 20px 30px”>

    <div style=””>Thank you!</div>
    <div style=””>The Team</div>

    </div>

    </div>
