    hello
    I have a site that uses paypal pro and paypal express gateways in use, but the site is not sending any order details to admin when a order is successfully placed.
    Which email is meant to be sent when a paypal pro and paypal express payment is placed. What is the status change on a successful paypal pro and paypal express order?

    The status upon completed order should be ‘Completed’ so the email template would be ‘Customer order status completed’.

    Please check under Jigoshop > Emails to be sure that they are still there.

    Is there a list of statuses and status changes anywhere?

    Isn’t completed for when it has been shipped. i am looking for a new order status when just paid by paypal pro or paypal express, but before shipping – its a physical item. What do the statuses change from and too , before the item is shipped.

    @ozdecor,

    Well, for physical items there is “Processing” status – set after payment is being processed for orders containing not downloadable items. I guess you need to create email for order_status_pending_to_processing which should be “Order pending to processing for admin”.

    Hopefully this solves your problem.
