Emails added to hustle but not aweber

I wasn’t able to replicate such an issue when tested on my system, however, the easiest workaround when such error occurs would be to add a new custom field on Aweber side.

Could you please check whether that helps? Please do let us know how that goes so that we could check further if needed.

I’m sorry, I don’t understand. A new custom field for what? The email address? Or just a blank custom field that’s not related to anything?

(the embed only has email address, no other fields)

Could you please create a new embed, adding Name + Email instead of only email and then add the integration again and check if the data will be sent to aweber?

Hi Patrick,

I created a new embed with name and email and updated the webpage but the new embed shows exactly the same behaviour – the person gets added to the Hustle list but nothing on the AWeber side.

Same error message “Hustle_Aweber_Form_Hooks::add_entry_fields() Failed to add member – “.

In this case, I would suggest performing a plugin conflict test. It might be that another plugin is preventing Hustle from doings its job.
To perform a conflict test please follow the steps from the flowchart:

If you have access to a staging site it is better to perform that test there (if there is no staging, make sure to make a backup of your site before doing any changes).

I recently started using Hustle plugin and having the exact same problem.
I remove Aweber integration and add back again with the newly requested authorization code from Aweber.
It works for a while, and boom, happened again yesterday. Email not sent to Aweber.

May I know is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I’m not sure when will the plugin stop working again. I have to manually check it every day to make sure all email addresses are sent to Aweber.

Our SLS team came up with a small mu-plugin which could potentially fix the issue. The reason I said potentially is that this had been an assumption according to the code checks where we found the corn job may have been making an issue but we could not replicate the issue.

Could you install the following mu-plugin to check if that resolves the issue and let us if that does:

our developer prepared it with the patch for the aweber bug so it should be working fine now.
