• Hi. I saw that a similar question was posted here, and I’ve read that one, but I’m having the same problem. I see the setting for the email address where the backup should be sent. I have checked that I’m looking at the right email address.

    I also checked, and I do have the drop-down set to save backups locally and to send by email. I had a previous email address and wasn’t receiving email backups there. I changed the email address to see if I could have one sent to that address.

    I’ve been to the “backups” tab to have a backup made and emailed to me at both addresses. No luck. I have checked, however, to see that a backup was saved locally on my server.

    Am I doing something wrong?

  • I am having the same problem with one site only.
    I just installed the plugin to 2 other sites for clients and did receive the emails.
    I did the same set up for all.
    Don’t get it!
