emailing a file to page or post?

  • I’m currently rebuilding my volunteer fire departments website using wordpress and I am wondering if there is a way (plugin or otherwise) in which I would be able to provide the FD’s admin an email address which she can send a file to (MS Excel) and it would be received by the site and posted somewhere.

    More info: The schedule (which is done is MS Excel) changes multiple times a day. The admin who makes those changes needs a very easy way to keep the most current schedule available to all the firefighters. If she can mail it to an address that would post it, that would be enough.

    How can this be done? Any help is hugely appreciated. The temporary site address is https://174.120.201.62/~cfpd, but eventually it will be CordeliaFire.com.
