Emailed support site 3 times, tried to chat twice, no response.

I have 4 challenge and have emailed 3 times the support email address and tried to chat twice with no response. It’s now “off business hours” and I’m going to sadly start trying other themes. Sad, because I’ve already paid to upgrade this one. If you do start working on this, please email me and I will switch the site back to this theme. It would be my preference to stay with this.

1) On the main page, which is a blog page of posts, I would like to not have the featured image show for each post. Please let me know how to turn this off?
2) On the main page, I am trying to remove or minimize the size of the large bar across the bottom (it shows right above the scroller). Here’s a link to the page. Currently it says “Itpipes info” in that bar (at the bottom)
3) The “search” and the “dots” that come up when pages are changing are in a stylish 60’s purple and pink which I love but doesn’t go with our color scheme at all. How can I customize the colors of those buttons please?
4) In the ‘True News’ theme original, un-purchased, non-pro version, my posts work fine with showing media. In the ‘true news pro’ theme, purchased version, the same posts do not show images/media. I have checked all default requirements listed on the website and my site meets those. In addition, I tested turning off all other plugins to ensure there was no complication. Keeping settings the same, by simply switching the theme, the posts now work fine.
