Is it possible to configure the contents of the “WP Data Access – ERROR” email I receive when an error is generated to include specific details of the error? Presently I am just getting a blank email.

    Hi @istarion,

    Thank you for reaching out.

There is no message available when a network related issue occurs. Only database related error are logged. Sorry! This is a know bug. We are working on a solution.

Are there any known network related limitations for your server?

    Thanks,
    Peter

Hi Peter. I brought this issue up with Siteground’s hosting service technical support and there investigation into the problem showed no connection errors in the MySQL logs. They also tested the connection string parameters that I am using and were successfully able to connect both locally and from another remote host.

Could the issue be with rdb:wpdafreeyouniquedata.com?
