• I am sure I’m missing something simple, but I have an email address set for the provider – however, when an appointment is set, only the user gets the default client email. The provider does not get a default worker email. Also, when I send a test default worker email, the time is not included. Is there a simple setting I’m not seeing? Thanks in advance.

    Hi robert,

    In the “Premium” area of the “Options” tab, there is a setting called “Service Provider Appointment Notification” that you can use to choose which email goes to the service provider when a new appointment is created.

    It makes sense that the time, etc. isn’t included in the test email, because it isn’t being sent for a specific appointment. It’s just to test that the email actual goes out and is received.
