I’m having a similar problem. When a purchase is made, the money is transferred via paypal and credited to our account, but the payments remain in the “Pending” state in EDD and the emails are never sent. If I manually change a payment’s status to “Complete”, the email goes out and the download link works as normal. I have disabled the PayPal IPN verification, but the payments are still stuck in the “Pending” stage.
