Email with downloads will not send

The title of the download appears, but the purchaser cannot click on the name of the download title to activate the download.

Are you using Outlook? If so, that is a common Outlook-only conflict.

You can fix it by adding:
– {file_urls} to the receipt. This will show plain-text file URLs
– {receipt_link} to the receipt. This will show a link to view the receipt in the browser.

Im not using outlook. This is what I have in the email:

Download List:

{download_list}

{file_urls}

Receipt Link:

{receipt_link}

Could you give me a screenshot of what the receipt looks like?

What email client are you using?

The email client is live.com, however I just changed it to gmail to see if that works better.

I just sent a test email using gmail as the admin email and it is still showing up without links to download. I have no idea what to do at this point to fix it.

Can you paste the contents of your email message in Downloads > Settings > Emails?

What do you mean by “Download Configuration?” I thought we figured the problem out, but this site still wont send customers downloads.
