Email with downloads will not send

Are the purchases marked as “Complete” in Downloads > Payment History?

No they say “failed”

Go to Downloads > General and click “Save Changes”. That will make the issue go away.

I don’t have a “general” option under “Downloads”

My options are:

– Add new
-Categories
-Tags
-Payment history
-Discount Codes
-Reports
-Settings
-System Info
-Add ons

I only have the general option under my wordpress “settings” menu option

I just did that. Does it impact past sales, or just future sales?

Just future, but you can manually change the past sales to Compete.

Hi,

I’m having the same problem and I just followed those instructions, for me it didn’t fix it. Purchases are still showing as pending and emails are not being sent automatically. Any other things to check?

Are the payments complete in PayPal as well or are they marked as “pending” there?

They are marked as complete in Paypal and credited

Ok go to Downloads > Settings > Payments and check the box for “Disable IPN Verification”. Does that fix it?

My Emails are now sending, but the links to download are not active.

Can you please elaborate on what “not active” means?
