Email will only send to Gmail account

    My Ninja Forms will only send to email accounts that are @gmail.com

    For example, e-mails that are AOL or earthlink won’t receive them

    I’ve tried everything on the trouble shooting support form and I’ve called my hosting to make sure there weren’t any problems on their end.

    Has anyone had this problem before? Any suggestions for a fix?

  • Yes! Currently I’m trying to change from my @gmail.com account to my @mysiteURL.com account and It keeps going to my @gmail account, even though I’ve changed it on my “To Address” field in the “Email & Actions” tab. I know the email address for my @mysiteURL account is working, since I can email to it just fine from another email account. The ninja form is just not sending it there. I don’t know how it is still sending to my gmail account since I’m not listing the gmail address anywhere any longer.
