Email when order placed manually through admin

    I have a car rental website and sometimes I need to place the booking through the admin page and not the frontside. In this case the confirmation email I receive is the default of woocommerce. Is there anyway to receive the emails I created through decorator? I thank you in advance.

We would like to let you know that we were unable to replicate the same issue on our end, where the order confirmation email received after placing an order from the backend is the default WooCommerce Email and not the order confirmation email customized through Decorator – WooCommerce Email Customizer.

    The issue you seem to be experiencing appears to be a conflict with a third-party plugin you are using on your site. In order to assist you with the issue you are experiencing, could you please provide us with the WooCommerce System Status report through this link? You can access this report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. This will provide details about your site environment and configurations.
