Hi!

I was trying to configure my form in order to send the user an email each time he/she sumbits it, but i’ve been testing and recieve nothing. I configured the email options in the form options, and set the “email” field inside the form to be the direction where the verification mail will be sent and for some reason, nothing happens.

I would appreciete some help, and maybe some ideas too of plugins or options to achieve a kind of tracking so the user can see the form submit state (waiting, working on it, completed…) when he/she wants to.

Thanks for your inquiry.

1. Dear friend, the link you have provided does not have any form created with our plugin, can you please send me a link to test our form?
2. If it doesn’t send the emails do you still see form submissions in form maker > submissions section?
3. If submissions are saved there, then can you please write as an admin do you get submissions?
4. Have you tried to use other remails for testing?
5. Can you please send me a screenshot of your email options section?

2. As an admin I can see the submissions, yes
3. I didn’t really get that question well, I assume you mean to send a form as an admin, which I just did and recieved no confirmation email
4. I did, but none of them are gmail. May this be a problem?
