    G’day. no never heard of this before. What it looks like is your hosting service is using the hostname of the server when generating the link. The first thing I would do is install the WP SMTP plugin so that you have more control over how email is sent. If that doesn’t help, contact your hosting service and explain what is happening.     “No Joy” Awesome, haven’t heard that in a while. We do use SendGrid as the emailer for the site and I will check on those settings today and see if that may be the issue. Thanks for the prompt response.

    Make sure you have included sendgrid in SPF

    Just a follow up, I abandoned SendGrid as I couldn’t get the click tracking turned off as it was on a shared account. I am back to the PHP mailer with DMARC, SPF and DKIM and emails are behaving normally again.
