Email Value Exists in Newsletter

    Hello Team,

    After submitting newsletter form, submitted value exists in email field even after reloading the page.

    Can you please provide solution for it ?

  • Hello @gunjanpatel

    You can edit your form in the plugin. Click on the options tab and switch of the option of Pre-populate contact fields with known values this should stop pre-populating the contact information for returning users.
