Email URL Being Set to Relative When Email Sends

I’m having an issue with the emails sent from Form Maker. I have an image in my email and Form Maker is truncating the image url to a relative url vs the entire URL. Is there a setting somewhere for this? Images in emails obviously need the full URL so that the recipient email knows where to resolve the image.
