These emails are always 2 and they come from [email protected] (mindfulfil.com is the name of my website).
First one’s subject is called “Background updates have finished” and the second one is “Your site has updated to WordPress 4.9-alpha-41209”. Every time the wordpress updates itself, I get notified. It’s annoying.

You have the beta testing plugin installed and set for “bleeding edge nightlies”. Disable and/or delete that plugin and then, from the Updates page on the dashboard, click the button to reinstall WordPress 4.8,1 so you get onto a stable version.
