    Hello!

I’m using a User Registration form where all users need the admin approval. So far admins had to login and approve the users in WordPress administration.

To make the process easier, I tried to place the {{email_token}} in the email that admin receives but looks like it doesn’t work. It looks like the smart tag comes empty.

Can this be used in Admin approve emails or is it something only to users?

    Thank you.

    One more detail:

In General Options I set “User Approval And Login Option” to “Admin approval”. Then I checked the option “Send User Approval Link in Email” that appears when we set to “Admin approval”.

I thought this would be enough to the link works to approve directly but it is working as I described in the first post.

    Thanks.

    Hi @rafaelzrt,

You are using the wrong smart tag, so you are not getting any approval links in your email. Please use {{approval_link}} smart on your email to get the approval link.

    Regards!
