• I have a test user and no welcome email was ever sent. I have tried to reset the password for this user as well, but not password reset email has been received.

    I have this confirmation message: We have sent you a password reset link to your e-mail. Please check your inbox.

    In the UM settings, Password Reset Emails are turned on.

    I use the Easy WP SMTP plugin. That plugin is working; I sent a test email no problem within the plugin.

    Could you please check if the Welcome Email notification is turned on in the settings? Please go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > Email > see “Account Welcome Email”. It should show a ‘green check’ icon before the notification name.

    Hi there,

    Yes, the “Account Welcome Email” already has a green check icon, as well as a few others, like “Password Reset Email”

    Install the “Check & Log Email” plugin to verify if UM is sending your emails.

    Thanks @missveronicatv, I’ve given it a try. I tried to send a test email with the Check & Log Email plugin. I also sent another test email via the Easy WP SMTP plugin. I successfully received the email from Easy WP SMTP plugin.

    The log only shows the email from Check & Log Email plugin. It has failed to send (red circle with x), but I’m unsure how to fix.

    You must redo these UM actions and look in the “Check & Log Email” log file if the email being sent by UM or not.
