Email to Subscription plan members

    Hello,
    1. I’d like to know if you have an option to email to a particular subscription plan members group ?
    2. You have s subscription expiry date. Is there a way i can apply a subscription pause for a particular period ? like for example subscription pause for one month (in a 12 month subscription plan) ?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. We have an add-on for Paid Member Subscriptions Hobbyist version called Email Reminders (docs). Is this what you are looking for?

    You can test it out on our demo install.

    2. For now we can only set a Subscription Plan to be Active or Inactive. If you go to PMS -> Members you can edit a specific member and set the status of his subscription manually to Pending. I don’t know if this is a valid solution for you.
