Email to Post to call CSS Table

I have a CSS Table that I use for rate updates. The CSS code I added to the Style file
Example: https://shmortgage.com/rates/2012/05/rates-as-of-friday-may-18th-2012
I would love to be able to send these updates to the site using the Email-to-Post function. It would automate a lot of manual work.
Is there a way to send a Email-to-Post in raw HTML that could call the CSS Table?
