Email to Message Subject set to FFFFFF

This issue is common with some themes which conflict with us, can you tell me the name of your theme, and also temporary switch to another theme and see if it solves the issue

Hi,

I’m using theme Eventor.
I managed to solve this by changing values under “wp_huge_it_contact_general_options” in database.

It still changing back to FFFFFF under general options but at least it send correct value in subject.
