Email to Customers Doesn’t Work

    When I click on “Email all Customers 1/3” I get “about:blank” whereas before it would open my gmail account and copy the email addresses into the BCC address.

    Has something changed? What should I do ?

    Hi @scsmith6,

    we havent updated that part in a while, it should work! Are you sure your gmail is setup to open “mailto” links currently? Did you recently do any changes to your computer settings?

    Took a bit to get to the “mail to” protocol, but I finally did, and clicked on “Allow” and now all is good. If anyone else has this issue, here’s where you to to allow Mail to:
